From enquiry to delivery

1. Submit your enquiry
Complete the trade enquiry form below with your business details and the products you are interested in.
2. We review and respond
A member of the team reviews your enquiry and comes back to you with confirmed trade pricing and availability.
3. Confirm your order
Agree quantities and ranges. There is currently no minimum order quantity, so first orders can be kept modest.
4. Delivery and reorder
Your order is dispatched to mainland UK with delivery charged separately, and repeat orders can be placed whenever you need stock.
Delivery information
UK mainland delivery
PadelOdea trade orders are dispatched from the UK to mainland UK addresses. Delivery is charged separately from the product price, and we will confirm the delivery charge, timescale and courier arrangement when your order is placed.
If your club or shop has restricted delivery hours, or you need stock in place for a tournament, open day or coaching block, tell us the date in your enquiry and we will work to it wherever possible.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is currently no minimum order quantity. This may be reviewed in future, and any change would be confirmed to trade partners in advance.
What are your trade prices?
Trade pricing is available on application. Submit the trade enquiry form on this page and we will confirm bespoke pricing for your business, including volume orders.
What recommended retail prices do you suggest?
Retail prices are £99 and £109 inc VAT for rackets, with our highest-specification models at £109, and £7.99 inc VAT per ball tube. Every tube contains 3 padel balls. Recommended retail pricing is provided as guidance only and you are free to set your own selling prices.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. Delivery charges apply and are separate from the product price. Charges, timescales and courier arrangements are confirmed at the point of order.
Can I mix rackets and balls in one order?
Yes. Most trade orders combine racket models and ball ranges, and you can adjust the mix on each reorder.
Where can I find full technical specifications?
Every racket page includes a specification sheet listing confirmed values only. Where a value has not yet been supplied by PadelOdea, the field is left out rather than estimated. Ask us and we will confirm it directly.
